Developed in the late 1970's, we are centrally located within ten minutes of the light rail (making downtown Denver easily accessible) and highways I-25 and C-470. The community is masterfully situated along a branch of the Highline Canal (a trail system that provides access to trails connecting several neighborhoods across the Denver Metro Area) and just minutes from renowned shopping centers, restaurants to suit any taste, the South Suburban Parks & Recreation's Holly Pool and Tennis Courts, Cherry Park (the center hub for our neighborhood!), indoor ice hockey rinks, soccer fields and tennis courts, athletic clubs, day spas, renowned golf courses, and more! 

 
Lastly, we are proud to be district-ed within the acclaimed Cherry Creek School District. Heritage Elementary, our assigned elementary school, was awarded as the "Top Public Elementary School" by the prestigious 5280 Denver Magazine. GreatSchools.org, gave Heritage a 9/10 for Test Scores...and they aren't fibbing! The Heritage Elementary Math Team placed "1st Overall" in both the 2014 & 2019 Cherry Creek District Math Challenges. West Middle School is located five minutes northwest at the Holly & Belleview intersection. Last but not least, the sought-after Cherry Creek High School Campus (5A) is just across the street from the Cherry Creek Reservoir and in the heart of the Denver Tech Center.
